The Aggressor Fleet
With more than 30 worldwide itineraries, the Aggressor Fleet liveaboards take their guests to the prime spots of scuba diving. The company has now added Raja Ampat and Sri Lanka to its vast portfolio
THE BEST OF THE BEST
The Raja Ampat Aggressor joins a global fleet and offers four exciting and unique itineraries
Without question the best reef diving on the planet is in the Coral Triangle around West Papua in Indonesia. It is the most biodiverse and rich tropical marine ecosystem divers can experience. And the world’s leading liveaboard company has just launched a new boat to explore the region in comfort and style.
- Raja Ampat, or the Four Kings, is an archipelago comprising more than 1,500 small islands, cays, and shoals surrounding the four main islands of Misool, Salawati, Batanta, Waigeo, and the smaller island of Kofiau. It tops the list for leading underwater photographers who want to capture the full glory of pristine coral reefs brimming with marine life.
- The Banda Sea around the Maluku Islands of Indonesia is a biodiversity hotspot that offers unrivalled diving opportunities. You also explore the rarely visited Halmahera and Ceram Seas.
- Cenderawasih Bay is a large bay in the northern province of Papua and West Papua, New Guinea, Indonesia. The western part of the bay was declared a marine national park in 2002.
- Triton Bay is the name given to the coastal region east of Kaimana, a small harbour town on the southwest coast of West Papua. Discover new sites, wonder at the profusion of marine life and take unforgettable photographs.
The Coral Triangle accounts for about one per cent of the planet’s surface yet contains 30 per cent of the world’s coral reefs and those reefs are comprised of 76 per cent of the known hard coral species. It is a hotspot for soft corals and is home to more than 1,200 different species of fish and 669 species of molluscs. The wildest, most exciting and least explored of this natural wonder is the area around West Papua. Here you can discover reefs that will amaze and dive where few have been before.

With more than 200 wrecks in Sri Lankan waters, 50 are identified as world-class dives. The HMS Hermes was the first-ever British aircraft carrier built. The 600m wreck sits at 54m with three support ships in 20 to 40m depths.
Wrecks and Reefs Depart from Colombo to explore beautiful wrecks and reefs on the west of the island.
